Deposit Requirements:

A $100 deposit per unit is required
to confirm the booking with the balance prepaid 21 days
before scheduled arrival. No charge will be placed on
your credit card until we obtain the booking
confirmation. We normally reply with your confirmation
number within 3-5 business days. For booking made less
than 35 days before scheduled arrival, full payment is
placed onto your credit card at the time we confirm the
booking. The accommodation voucher and payment receipt
is sent to you when full payment is made. Once we
provide you confirmation, prices are firm.

Cancellation Policy:
-
You may cancel or alter any reservation up to 21
days in advance of arrival date with NO charge.

Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days of
scheduled arrival date will be charged a cancellation
fee equal to 50% of total rental fee.

No shows and cancellations made less than 14 days in
advance of scheduled arrival date will be charged/billed
the total rental fee.
